What’s an ‘ABC’ and what does it mean for our clients?
ABC is accredited business communicator, a professional designation given by the International Association of Business Communicators. Susan Scott has been a member of IABC for 10 years and, in 2006 achieved the ABC designation after completing a rigorous process that included submitting and being judged on two communications-related projects, plus successfully completing both a written and an oral exam.
